In other words, creating such a machine is only possible if our linear way of solving problems gives away to a chaotic non-deterministic way of solving problems.

And this has to take place completely and not only partially or &quot;simulated&quot; as we frequently see.

For some time already, I have deliberately made the decision that, in this realm, we might have simply reached the boundary. In order to jump over this limiting fence we need a gigantic leap onto the unknown.</description>
